If you purchase any Renegadez product you are also receiving the highest level of customer service, something we pride ourselves on.

In the unfortunate event that you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. You may return your items to us within 14 days from the date of purchase in an unused condition, in all original packaging.

Please note: we cannot accept products that have been opened or removed from their original packaging.

You will receive a full refund (less any discount or promotion used and delivery costs) or, if you prefer, a replacement.

 

Renegadez are not liable for returns postage cost, unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Although we aim to send all products in prime condition, unfortunately some items may get damaged in transit. If you receive any products that are faulty or damaged please contact us at renegadez2024@yahoo.com as soon as possible so that we can look to rectify the problem. If possible, taking photos of the faulty or damaged goods and including them with your initial contact can help us deal with the issue as soon as we can.
